The Stryker Dipstick is an extra-dark, heavy-hitting Central American roast that we pushed right to the edge of the thermal limit. We roasted these beans until their "origin characteristics" went AWOL and their acidity was dishonorably discharged. What’s left is a deep, smoky, heavy-duty flavor that hits like a 120mm sabot round.
